Below are resources in the Greeneville-Greene Co. area for servings of fruits, vegetables, and other food (and in some cases, other supplies).  Please contact the individual resource for more information.  This information is up to date to the best of our knowledge as of August 2016.  If you know of a change, please email sally@ruralresources.net.  It is always best to call the individual agency to confirm the information before you travel to them!

“Lunch Bus”

Summer Food for Kids aka “Lunch Bus” is a collaborative effort between Second Harvest Food Bank, public schools and community partners.  This program is designed to provide healthy, easily prepared food to children who may be missing meals on a regular basis.

The “Lunch Bus” operates in June and July.  The schedule changes yearly.
